Meet Kalitha Reynolds

Kalitha Reynolds is a wife, mother of four beautiful daughters, community leader, entrepreneur, and experienced professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience. A native of LaFayette, Alabama, Kalitha is an Auburn University graduate and has called LaGrange, Georgia home for 20 years. Throughout her professional career, Kalitha has built extensive experience in leadership, operations, customer service, strategic planning, policies and procedures, compliance, quality management, problem-solving, and developing people. Her career has included leading teams and multi-site operations, implementing organizational systems and process improvements, coordinating audits and corrective actions, establishing performance measures, training employees, and working collaboratively with leadership and staff to address challenges and improve organizational performance.

Kalitha is also the owner of The Reach Agency Insurance and More, a locally owned independent
insurance agency serving individuals, families, and businesses. Through her work in insurance, she has developed a strong appreciation for listening to clients, educating people about their options, providing quality customer service, and helping people make informed decisions.

Her commitment to service extends into the community through Reach Her, Inc., a nonprofit
organization she founded in memory of her mother, Rosemary Mitchell. Reach Her focuses on
empowering women and girls through mentorship, education, personal development, leadership, and community engagement.

Her professional, entrepreneurial, faith, and community experiences have shaped her belief that
effective leadership requires preparation, responsible decision-making, collaboration, accountability, and follow-through. Kalitha continues to live in LaGrange with her family and remains committed to serving her community through her work, family, and community involvement.
